Lower mustang
Mustang is a very popular trekking region in Nepal and has been described as “desert in the mountain”. The trek to this region is a very rewarding one for those who want to experience the hospitality of the people living in this region. Mustang is a remote, semi-independent Tibetan kingdom within the territory of Nepal just north of the Annapurna Region on the Tibetan border, and one of the last bastions of undisturbed Tibetan culture in the world. Trekking in this region is an adventure in wonderland. Astonishing altitude variations and ecological diversity make this area overflow with natural beauty. The trek to Lower Mustang passes through almost tree-less barren landscape. A steep rocky trail climbs up and down hill with panoramic views of Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and several other peaks, making a truly memorable trekking.
- Between 2 clients we provide one porter if you need an extra porter, the cost will be extra.
- It is also our company policy that one porter carries no more than 15.5 kilos to secure his own safety and health.
- You have the choice to travel by an early bus or noon Jeep, car drive even you can think about flight back to Kathmandu.
- Or do some activities like Paragliding, Boating, Cycling, Rafting, Bungy Jump, Mountain flight
