The tour provides you the glimpse of Vientiane and
Luang Prabang in the hills of Laos. You will visit the golden temples and
beautiful mosaic walls along with the local markets. You will also get to see
the panoramic sunset views from hill tribe villages. You will interact with the
villagers, sail the Mekong River and so on.
Luan Prabang is enlisted
in UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995, lies in the mountains at the confluence
of the Mekong and Khan Rivers. This former royal capital is one of the most wonderful
towns in Asia and the focus of this 5-day tour, which also includes an
orientation tour of Vientiane. You can explore the town on foot which reveals
its charm and history at every turn, with gilded temples on every corner and
saffron-robed monks strolling quiet streets. The local markets, where tribeswomen
come to shop, offer fascinating produce, as well as silver and textiles.

Day 1: Arrival Vientiane
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by one of our representative and transferred to your hotel. You will take rest in the hotel and in the afternoon you will visit capital city including the Victory Monument, Wat That Luang, Central Market, Wat Sisaket and Wat Prakeo National Museum. Overnight hotel in Vientiane.
Day 2: Vientiane to Luang Prabang
After breakfast in the hotel, you will be taken a visit of the local markets in the morning. Then you will start journey to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival to Luang Prabang, you will be transferred to your hotel to check in.
Then, you will visit the lovely town, starting with the dazzling mosaics of Wat Xieng Thong, perhaps the most stunning temple in Laos. You will continue to the Palace Museum to see an eclectic collection of statues, mosaic-covered walls, French mirrors, and a piece of moon rock given to the people of Laos by President Nixon. In the late afternoon, move to the top of Mt. Phousi for panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. The mountain is dotted with small shrines and monasteries, and a perfect spot to watch the sun set over the golden spires of the wats. You will return back to the hotel after dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight hotel in Luang Prabang.
Day 3: Luang Prabang
Wake up early in the morning if you are interested to see the morning meal procession of the monks. Then you will have breakfast in the hotel. Now, you will head towards holy cave of Pak Ou, where many famous Buddhist sculptures among Southeast Asia are found. You will reach there by sailing a boat. You also can visit the rice-wine producing village in the banks of the Mekong. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Then, visit Ban Phanom, a tribal village which is well known for its traditional cotton and silk weaving. You will be provided time to purchase some of these beautiful, inexpensive hand-woven cloths. After having dinner at a local restaurant, you will return to your hotel. Overnight hotel in Luang Prabang.
Day 4: Luang Prabang
After breakfast in the hotel, you will start very interesting road excursion to Khouangsi Falls and the Akha hill tribe village below the cascades. You will be provided a picnic lunch at the Falls. In the afternoon, you will return to Luang Prabang and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight hotel in Luang Prabang.
Day 5: Luang Prabang Departure
Today is the last day of your tour in Laos. You will have your breakfast in the hotel. You will be transferred to the international airport to depart.
