Description of the trekking
The Langtang valley called "the valley of glaciers".
Here, mountains rise shinning towards the sky. The
valley offers pine forest, swift mountain streams,
rugged rock and snow- capped peaks, grassy downs and
meadows strewn with daisies and wild primula. In the
upper part of the valley there are snow ridges spanning
angry torrents, high passes enveloped in mist, tiny
lakes of crystalline brightness and glaciated mountain
giants. What makes special in Langtang trek is: its
less crowded trail among main trekking destination
in the Himalayas. People here are mostly Tamangs (a
tribe of people) who are known as backward community,
mostly works in the porter jobs for expeditions and
trekking. Tamangs are primitive in many ways one can
experience such a old tradition of living just in
few hours drive from their capital city
